BIO. / CV.

(CLOSE)

Raised within the rapidly urbanising terrains of northern China, Miao Li (b. 1996) explores a longing for the lush and the poetic. Currently based in the Netherlands, his practice operates diasporically, traversing ecologies, aesthetics, and epistemic systems through iterative, situated research. His practice unfolds as an evolving web of relations, engaging material, biological, and cosmic formations as interdependent processes. Through a craft of connection, his work mediates between various entities and realms, tracing scattered sensibilities across space and time.
